Job Description:

Experience: 9-14 Years

  • As the leader of our PMM function, you will be responsible for setting KPIs for product marketing function, ensuring delivery of product, positioning, value-propositions, and related collateral, and guiding the team to turn feature specs into stories that the market resonates with.
  • What you should bring to the table
  • Innate love for drawing out value props and story angles (do you have bookmarks of your favorite advertisements from the 80’s?).
  • Master jugglers who can prioritize & manage a product update story, a blog post, an email campaign, a partner webinar, a ready-to-break editorial calendar on Trello, a blow torch, a partridge and a pear tree.
  • Passion for product. You need to have at least a high-level idea of product management and how SaaS products operate.
  • Exposure to marketing in a fast-growth SaaS startup is a huge plus.

DNA of our ideal Product Marketing Visionary

  • Framework-thinking: You will have to guide your team’s delivery by creating repeatable frameworks for thought and execution.
  • Liaison with product, design, success, sales and other external & internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to play “Coach” to a team of passionate marketers.
  • Project Management & Bias to action: You need to be able to structure your team’s delivery, tease out bottlenecks, and own “shipment” from start to finish.
