Job Description:

  • Maintain Project wise vendors list, approach, timeliness, presentation, etc.,
  • Maintain Statement of Work (SOW)/Contracts of various projects
  • Maintain Project wise Invoices received and validate with contracts/SOW
  • Maintain Project wise costs/expense tracker & Budget v/s Actuals
  • Preparation of Project wise status report and highlight Risk areas
  • Set up Governance calls at regular frequency and preparation of deck
  • Arrange Meeting Rooms & VC Rooms for Governance calls
  • Schedule Zoom & Skype meetings with internal stake holders
  • Set up meeting with external vendors / consultants and send reminders (if necessary) to stakeholders for receipt of timely inputs.
  • Draft Minutes of Meeting and circulate to stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate with Admin team for Visa, Hotel bookings, Air-tickets, etc.,


Profile Description:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Project Management
  • Aware of project management techniques. PMP and Agile scrum knowledge preferred
  • Ability to engage and manage senior leadership and senior stakeholders (in governance meeting)
  • Goal orientation – ability to monitor and track multiple activities to completion
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PPT, MPP
  • Ability to collaborate with teams – team work
