Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the employees has adequate support to work efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Direct and oversee implementation of the assigned works, activities, and projects viz Housekeeping, travel, Pantry, postal, maintenance, security
  • Plan and delegate responsibilities for various activities and facilitate for smooth function
  • Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests & other delegates
  • Maintain the care and use of housekeeping supplies and equipment, etc. Perform regular inspections for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties
  • Liaise with Vendors and Agencies for signing effective corporate deals and contracts for AMCs
  • Coordinating with HR Department, training Department and other verticals for organizing various activities like seminars, conferences, team building activities, recreational activities
  • Liaise with the local bodies, consultants and authorities for statutory compliance
  • Handling petty cash expenses for Head office and oversee the purchase of housekeeping materials, stationary and any requirement of office
  • Responsible to visit branches across regions ensuring statutory & hygiene are in place as per company policy
  • Assisting HR’s in executing various employee engagement activities
  • Coordinating with HO for Payroll, statutory & FNF related matters
  • Prepare and provide MIS reports, on time, as and when required


Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with 3+ yrs exp in General Administration in Large Corporates

  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
  • Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize, follow up and multi-task
  • Excellent communication and computer proficiency
  • Experience in vendor & asset management
