Job Description:

  • Act as an SME for Network Service such as WAN, LAN, DC, VPN/Client Connectivity
  • Assisting on new technology initiatives, Proof-of-Concepts and service development
  • Work across geographies and time zones and lead shift and escalation that arise in each time zones
  • Implement and manage enterprise class Data Centres
  • Responsible for management reporting, auditing and handling partners/vendors for SLA agreement
  • Support on incidents both on call and during business demand
  • Act as advisory on consultation, motivate and support team in BAU and projects
  • Automate and develop areas of technology and process
  • Support 100+ site global WAN Infrastructure using multiple connectivity technologies such as MPLS, ATT Anita, ATT AVPN, IP-Sec VPN, IZO etc.


Profile Description:

  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum of 6-10 years’experience in supporting networking services including production and technical support
  • Should have Data Centre and LAN/WAN management experience and experience in supporting network infrastructure for large corporate environment
  • Should have sound understanding of networking and network security technologies
  • Working on equal level with valid CCNP/JNCIP in minimum one domain
  • ITIL certification with Infrastructure engineering experience and other Information Security and Threat & Vulnerability products
  • Should have worked on Extreme Switches (Summit, Black Diamond)
  • Experience in Cisco Nexus, Cisco ASR/ISR routers, Cisco WAAS and Cisco ACS, Arista, Aruba, Cisco WLC, Motorola Wireless Infrastructure, Cisco ASA, FortiGate Firewall & SSL VPN platforms
  • Experience handling WAN optimizers such as Silver Peak, Riverbed, Infoblox, Packet shapers and Load balancer F5 LTM/GTM/APM/AFM is must
  • Expert with network documentation tools such as Visio
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
