Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Create or build content
  2. Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  3. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  4. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job- shadowing, online training)
  5. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  6. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  7. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  8. Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  9. Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
  10. Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  11. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  12. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  13. Experience in project management and budgeting
  14. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  16. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

Skills & Qualification

  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience
  2. Preferably MBA- fulltime course
  3. Excellent communication, presentable
