- You will assist in presenting our technology and our vision to prospective customers during the sales cycle.
- Work directly with prospects to demonstrate and communicate the value proposition of the product in any business function.
- Understand any technical requirement of prospects, evaluate the feasibility and communicate to prospects.
- You will be expected to collaborate with Product Management, engineering, and other tech teams.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape of competing and complementary technologies.
- You will be expected to gather intelligence on market trends and expectations.
- 2 or more years of work experience in a Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering / Presales role in a SaaS company.
- Creative problem solver with proven track record of success.
- Comfortable delivering technical sales presentations, product positioning, and objection handling.
- Familiarity and experience with common help desk platforms (Zendesk, Front, Salesforce, Freshworks)
- Experience with CRM and Sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Zoho CRM)
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
