Responsibilities:

  • You will assist in presenting our technology and our vision to prospective customers during the sales cycle.
  • Work directly with prospects to demonstrate and communicate the value proposition of the product in any business function.
  • Understand any technical requirement of prospects, evaluate the feasibility and communicate to prospects.
  • You will be expected to collaborate with Product Management, engineering, and other tech teams.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape of competing and complementary technologies.
  • You will be expected to gather intelligence on market trends and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2  or more years of work experience in a Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering / Presales role in a SaaS company.
  • Creative problem solver with proven track record of success.
  • Comfortable delivering technical sales presentations, product positioning, and objection handling.
  • Familiarity and experience with common help desk platforms (Zendesk, Front, Salesforce, Freshworks)
  • Experience with CRM and Sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Zoho CRM)
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
