POSITION: RTR G7 – Manager 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Skills and competencies:

  • CA / CWA 
  • 6-9  years of experience in financial accounting & reporting
  • Knowledge in general ledger functions and month end/ year end closure process. Should have relevant experience in shared services/ industry
  • Good understanding of IFRS
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience in SAP
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Self-driven. Ability to operate with minimum supervision. Willing to work as an individual contributor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as role requires interaction with various functions and stake holders

Service Delivery:

  • Manage all finance and accounting operations including billing, AP, AR,  Treasury, Inventory Accounting and RTR – month/ year end process
  • Ensure that all the financial transactions are  properly recorded and reported
  • Review the monthly financial statements. Perform the analysis of actual & forecast. Explain the trends and movements to FC
  • Finalize and submit monthly financial statements, reports with corporate timelines
  • Coordinate and support the preparation of budget, financial forecasts
  • Ensure the timely preparation of  management & statutory reports
  • Support finance controller duties as necessary
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Handle internal & statutory audit
  • Lead & execute transformation projects
